Returns & Refunds

All Halom Book Nook products are carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipment. If you experience any issues with your order, please review the policy below.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened, assembled, or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process above.


Defective or Missing Parts

If your order arrives with missing or defective parts, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

We will gladly provide free replacement parts at no additional cost.
Please note that returns are not required for individual defective parts.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong item, please place a new order and contact us to arrange a return (if eligible) for a refund.
