How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by email at cskh.halom@gmail.com. We will process your request as soon as possible after receiving your message. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.

Our kits are made primarily from premium birch wood, along with acrylic, metal, and electronic components. All materials are carefully selected to be safe, durable, and enjoyable to assemble.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer different difficulty levels. Some models are beginner-friendly, while others are more detailed for experienced builders. Each product page indicates the recommended skill level and estimated build time.
Are tools or glue required?
Basic tools are usually included. Some models may require glue for certain joints, which will be clearly noted in the instructions.
Do the models include lighting?
Yes. Most Book Nook models include integrated LED lighting. Wiring instructions are provided step by step, and our support team is available if you need help.
